Race Day Preperation

Congratulations on reaching the final two sessions of the program.


If you have made it this far, then you are certainly ready to take on your open water event. These last two sessions are not as difficult as previous weeks, they are simply planned to touch on everything we have worked on across the last 14 sessions. This should give you confidence and an energy boost going into race day.


Ideally session 15 is completed just under a week before the race and session 16 is completed half a week from the race. For example, for a Sunday race, you may chose to complete session 15 on the Monday, and session 16 on the Thursday of race week.
