Womens SL2 Wetsuit

• Take your time. A wetsuit can take up to 10 minutes to put on properly.
• Suit up dry, both you and the suit.
• Remove your sports watch.
• Use the cotton gloves supplied. No nails on the neoprene.
• Pull from inside the suit where possible, in large folds. Small pinches damage the neoprene.
• Get the suit fully over your hips before pulling it over the shoulders. No bunching at the legs.
• Pull the cuffs up your forearm slightly. More neoprene at the shoulders means more flex through the stroke.
• On longer legs, the suit may finish halfway up the calf. That's by design, and it speeds up your transition.
• Anti-chafe lube on your neck. Non-petroleum based only. Petroleum will damage the neoprene over time.

• Fully unzip before pulling off each shoulder.
• Remove your sports watch.
• Pull from inside the suit. Never pinch with fingernails.
• Sit on a changing mat or towel so the neoprene isn't on a rough surface as you pull it off your ankles.

• Rinse in fresh water after every swim. The shower works fine.
• pH-neutral soap or antibacterial wipes on the neck if you've used anti-chafe lubricant.
• Cover the Velcro with the protective patch supplied, or fasten the Velcro to itself, so it doesn't catch the lining.
• Dry inside-out, out of direct sun.
• Store dry. Fold the way we show in the video, or hang on a wide suit hanger. Never wire hangers, they warp the shoulders.
• Use non-petroleum based anti-chafe lubricant only. Petroleum degrades the neoprene and voids the warranty.
• Avoid chlorinated pools. Chlorine degrades the neoprene and may void the warranty.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY - HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We have a 30-day return policy upon receipt of the order, which is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Item(s) must be unworn and still bearing the original label and in its original purchase condition.
• Item(s) marked as “final sale” are only eligible for store credit or exchanges unless item(s) received are faulty.
• Shipping cost associated with the return of the item(s) will not be covered by Great Ocean Performance
• Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of receipt of the returned order.

Returns requested outside of this period may be accepted at the sole discretion of Great Ocean Performance, and if accepted, you will be issued with store credit for the value of the returned items, valid for 24  months from the date the return is received.

Great Ocean Performance reserves the right not to accept returns that are damaged or altered and these will be sent back to the customer.

All Great Ocean Performance products purchased directly from Great Ocean Performance or from an authorised retail dealer are covered by our 12-month warranty, subject to the below terms and conditions.

The 12-month warranty on our products will become invalid if any of the following occur:

• damage to the product resulting from any cause other than defects in materials or workmanship;
• normal wear and tear from use, including scratches and fading;
• products classified as “sample” or sold with existing defects made known to the purchaser at the time of sale;
• alterations or repairs made to the product by a service other than Great Ocean Performance; or
• Failure to adhere to the care instructions provided on our website—for example, using petroleum-based lubricants on wetsuits, exposing wetsuits to similar chemical substances, or swimming in chlorinated pools—may result in damage and void any applicable warranty.

We reserve the right to examine any claimed damages to our products and make the final decision regarding the nature and cause of the damage. If the defect is determined to be the result of customer mishandling or any of the above exclusions apply, Great Ocean Performance will not be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.

For products sold through an authorised dealer, claims must be made through that authorised dealer.

Should the item be covered under our 12-month warranty, Great Ocean Performance will assume responsibility for all shipping, repair, and replacement expenses related to the warranty claim.
