Thermal Swim Cap is designed for winter swimmers who refuse to let cold water stop them. With a snug fit and three size options, our thermal cap focuses on what matters to swimmers: comfort and warmth.
Smooth Skin Outer Shell
The closed-cell rubber surface repels water on contact — water you swim into doesn’t penetrate the material and reach your head. Most fabric-lined neoprene caps allow a thin layer of water through. Ours doesn’t.
Optimal Neoprene Thickness
Constructed with 3mm thick Premium Japanese Neoprene, our design targets both warmth and comfort. Designed to be thick enough to insulate in cold Australian winter water, but thin enough to stay comfortable and flexible, to achieve the best fit without any trade off. A simple melody of Warm and Comfortable.
No thermal lining trade-off
Some competitors add a fleece or thermal lining — which soaks up water. Our smooth-skin approach keeps you warmer by keeping water out entirely, rather than trapping a wet layer against your skin.
Adjustable Chin Strap
A Velcro strap with extra surface area lets you dial in the perfect fit. Secure in chop, comfortable on long swims. No gap at the chin letting cold water flood in.

Returns Policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY - HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We have a 30-day return policy upon receipt of the order, which is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item(s) must be unworn and still bearing the original label and in its original purchase condition.
- Item(s) marked as “final sale” are only eligible for store credit or exchanges unless item(s) received are faulty.
- Shipping cost associated with the return of the item(s) will not be covered by Great Ocean Performance
- Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of receipt of the returned order.
Returns requested outside of this period may be accepted at the sole discretion of Great Ocean Performance, and if accepted, you will be issued with store credit for the value of the returned items, valid for 24 months from the date the return is received.
Great Ocean Performance reserves the right not to accept returns that are damaged or altered and these will be sent back to the customer.

Warranty
All Great Ocean Performance products purchased directly from Great Ocean Performance or from an authorised retail dealer are covered by our 12-month warranty, subject to the below terms and conditions.
The 12-month warranty on our products will become invalid if any of the following occur:
- damage to the product resulting from any cause other than defects in materials or workmanship;
- normal wear and tear from use, including scratches and fading;
- products classified as “sample” or sold with existing defects made known to the purchaser at the time of sale;
- alterations or repairs made to the product by a service other than Great Ocean Performance; or
- Failure to adhere to the care instructions provided on our website—for example, using petroleum-based lubricants on wetsuits, exposing wetsuits to similar chemical substances, or swimming in chlorinated pools—may result in damage and void any applicable warranty.
We reserve the right to examine any claimed damages to our products and make the final decision regarding the nature and cause of the damage. If the defect is determined to be the result of customer mishandling or any of the above exclusions apply, Great Ocean Performance will not be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.
For products sold through an authorised dealer, claims must be made through that authorised dealer.
Should the item be covered under our 12-month warranty, Great Ocean Performance will assume responsibility for all shipping, repair, and replacement expenses related to the warranty claim.
