For those looking for a versatile wetsuit, the Silver Wetsuit combines the essential elements required for speed, flexibility, thermoregulation and durability. This well-rounded wetsuit is suitable for those seeking to improve their race performance as well as those swimming for recreation.

High Flexibility

Resistance from neoprene through the shoulders of a wetsuit can result in a decreased stroke rate and increased fatigue when swimming, however positively it provides warmth. The Silver Wetsuit is engineered using 1.5mm Premium Japanese Neoprene with an inner Durafit2 lining backing throughout the arms, underarms and shoulders for flexibility while retaining more warmth to the swimmer.

Neutral Elevated Body Position

The ideal body position for swimming is elevated, streamlined, and rigid to reduce drag through the water. The Silver Wetsuit includes the maximum thickness of neoprene through the core, hips, and legs, providing an elevated stable body position in the water. The 5.0mm neoprene thickness through the legs prevents leg sink when fatigued, while a thinner flexible chest panel is designed for easy breathing and supports an overall neutral elevated body position.

Superior Construction & Materials

The Silver Wetsuit is constructed entirely from Premium Japanese Neoprene. The wetsuit is double-blind stitched and glued at the seams, providing durability and warmth to the athlete. It is the combination of these chosen materials and construction methods that give the Silver Wetsuit speed, flexibility, warmth and durability to the athlete.

Care, returns and warranty

Putting it on
  • Take your time. A wetsuit can take up to 10 minutes to put on properly.
  • Suit up dry, both you and the suit.
  • Remove your sports watch.
  • Use the cotton gloves supplied. No nails on the neoprene.
  • Pull from inside the suit where possible, in large folds. Small pinches damage the neoprene.
  • Get the suit fully over your hips before pulling it over the shoulders. No bunching at the legs.
  • Pull the cuffs up your forearm slightly. More neoprene at the shoulders means more flex through the stroke.
  • On longer legs, the suit may finish halfway up the calf. That's by design, and it speeds up your transition.
  • Anti-chafe lube on your neck. Non-petroleum based only. Petroleum will damage the neoprene over time.
Removing the wetsuit
  • Fully unzip before pulling off each shoulder.
  • Remove your sports watch.
  • Pull from inside the suit. Never pinch with fingernails.
  • Sit on a changing mat or towel so the neoprene isn't on a rough surface as you pull it off your ankles.
Care, cleaning & storage
  • Rinse in fresh water after every swim. The shower works fine.
  • pH-neutral soap or antibacterial wipes on the neck if you've used anti-chafe lubricant.
  • Cover the Velcro with the protective patch supplied, or fasten the Velcro to itself, so it doesn't catch the lining.
  • Dry inside-out, out of direct sun.
  • Store dry. Fold the way we show in the video, or hang on a wide suit hanger. Never wire hangers, they warp the shoulders.
  • Use non-petroleum based anti-chafe lubricant only. Petroleum degrades the neoprene and voids the warranty.
  • Avoid chlorinated pools. Chlorine degrades the neoprene and may void the warranty.
