Giveaway Terms & Conditions (T&C tick section)

The Giveaway is promoted by Great Ocean Wetsuits Pty Ltd (ABN 50 662 193 642). 

The Giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. 

To enter the Giveaway, a person who meets the eligibility criteria must complete the online form available which will require entrants to accept these terms and conditions.

Entries to the Giveaway commences at 9:00am (AEST) on 1 January 2026 and close at 5:00pm (AEST) on 10 January 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible and will not be included in the random draw. Limit applies of one (1) entry per person. 

One (1) winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries the week of the 12 January.



The Prize is: 

• One (1) Great Ocean RT wetsuit and goggles valued at $500;
• One (1) Freestyle Stroke Correction Clinic held by BA Innovations Pty Ltd trading as Effortless Swimming (“Effortless Swimming”) valued at $350; and 
• A SA1NT Layers prize pack valued at $400. T

Total prize value $1,250 AUD. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided in their entry form during the week beginning 12 January 2026. The Prize winner must confirm whether they accept the Prize within 7 days of notification, or they will be taken to have forfeited their right to the Prize.

Details from entries (including entrants’ personal information) will be collected and used for the purpose of marketing, conducting the Giveaway, and as otherwise set out in these terms and conditions.

By entering the Giveaway, you:

1. consent to Great Ocean Wetsuits disclosing your full name and email address to Effortless Swimming, and SA1NT Motor Pty Ltd for marketing purposes and fulfilment of the Prize. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time;

7. if you are the winner, consent to your name being published online by Great Ocean Wetsuits and or, SA1NT Motor Pty Ltd and Effortless Swimming for promotional purposes.
